If you would like to request a return of an instrument, please submit the form below. This form must be submitted before a return can be processed, even if you’ve already talked to and arranged the return with a salesperson.
Returns for online purchases must be requested within 48 hours of receipt of instrument. In-store purchases, international orders, merch, and accessories are not eligible for returns. International orders are subject to duties and taxes at time of delivery.
Please note that returns purchased with credit card, debit card, or PayPal will have a 3.5% payment processing fee deducted from the refund. This fee is collected by the payment processor and is not kept by Carter Vintage. The fee will not be assessed if the return is exchanged for another item or if the payment method is cash, check, ACH, wire transfer, or any other form of payment that does not require a processing fee.
